We rescued The Safety House’s fledgling e-commerce website. In short order, they have gone from relative obscurity to challenging even the biggest competitors.
01. The Challenge
Having spent a considerable sum to an unnamed agency, The Safety House found themselves with a digital presence that was mediocre at best. The agency invested no time or desire to truly understand The Safety House’s business needs, competitive landscape, or opportunities to provide a user experience that would bring any sort of customer loyalty. As the site sat, competitors took market share, search engines found no value in ranking the site, and The Safety House was forced to rely on other mediums to attract consumers.
02. The Solution
Unfortunately, there was not much salvageable with the old site so we started with a blank canvas. We studied their market and created their consumer personas. Our goal was to create a site that was fast, has advanced search capabilities, B2B tools, high-end photos and good product content, search engine orientated, exact shipping prices, integrates with a CRM, integrates with shopping feeds, and more.
03. The Results
As a result, their site has instantly created value by getting over 200 keywords ranked within the first 60 days, has seen customers commenting that they can easily find what they need, and most importantly of all, begin to see their investment paying off.
