A rebrand and a custom built booking tool for a seamless customer experience and easier management.

Skydive Santa Barbara, a skydiving operation in Southern California, chose Built to completely rebuild and rebrand and create a custom booking tool that addressed their specific needs.

Our existing booking system was limited in scope and did not give us the things we wanted and what our customers wanted. Since an off-the-shelf solution didn't exist, Built created a custom solution that fit our needs and does what no other drop zone can do. And that sets us apart.

01. The Challenge

Current Tools Just Not Cutting It

Skydive Santa Barbara had outgrown their existing booking system and needed something more powerful. After exhaustive research, we found that the only way to do this, was to custom build something. So we did.

A New Visually Appealing Design and Robust Booking System

A new UI/UX, new photography, the addition of gift cards, and a completely rewritten booking system, with specific attention given to marketing and performance.

03. The Results

Filled Flights

Granular control over various pricing, seats, daily hours of operation, and a host of other tools allows Skydive Santa Barbara to create specific packages, deals, add-ons, and more. Combined, the flights go full and the staff have more time to take care of the customers.
