Pilot Communications USA, a pilot headset manufacturing company, selected Built to rebuild and rebrand their digital footprint and design a new ecommerce site.

As a small business owner, we work in a lean environment. We needed an ecommerce site that is easy to manage and offers the capabilities for us to grow as the need arises. We have that now.

Old Tech in New Times

Pilot Communications was stuck with an old ecommerce system that was clunky, slow, and stuck in the ’90s. Adding new product was painstakingly slow and users often complained that the site was difficult to navigate.

02. The Solution

Cleared for Takeoff

Pilot-USA.com was rebuilt using the Magento framework. A custom designed UX with bold colors and fonts give the site a clean feel. A new logo was created to wrap it all together. Behind the scenes is a powerful set of tools for speed, marketing, product management, and operations.

With the new system in place, the team has gained back hours in their day to work on other things while the site works like one of their headsets – rugged and dependable.
