A new brand identity and modernized website for researchers and patients alike.

PacGenomics, a clinical genetics lab located in Southern California, selected Built to rebrand and build their website.

We're very happy with the final result. Built hit on every pain point and created a solution for each. We now have a site that represents our brand, feels modern, and performs what we set it out to do.

Modern Medicine Meets Archaic Tech

PacGenetics is a modern genetic testing lab but had not updated their website in several years, leading to outdated information, a tech stack that was prone to security lapses, and incredibly slow for the user.

Finding the Balance

Our goal was to create a brand reflecting modernization, instilling a sense of trust, humanity, and approachability. We crafted a visual narrative that feels welcoming, while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism and cutting-edge.

A new color palette and copy for patients coupled with a searchable database for researchers were created within a new tech stack for performance and security.
